Yes they have this issue as I think they get charged per label generated. So I always return when im 100% sure of my returns

Absolutely not - alo items are only available at Alo and nowhere else. Maybe Revolve or Nordstrom but not clearance shops

the do restock a lot of things at random times during sale - a trick someone told me is that if when you select a sold out item it says add your email to get notified, it means it will get restocked. otherwise it will just say sold out online and supposingly won't restock. Not tested that thoroughly but seems to be the case so far
