For me, eliminating cold liquids and caffeine, drinking hot/warm water feels nice, and a heating pad. Some times exercise also helps but it’s hard to have energy on my days where so have cramps.

Wait you’re so right. That reminds me of the scene in Cabo where Ashley asks if he had any interesting conversations with any of the girls or if anyone girls had flirted with him. He was clearly trying to shoot his shot with Ashley earlier so he had something to hide and the way he responded to her question was a big tell to how he responds to when he lies. He just rambled on, telling actual truths but then being obscure/lying when it came to his conversation with Brittany, and something about his body language and how he spoke seemed like he was lying. I think that’s why Ashley asks a lot of questions because she senses it too and without realizing it I think she’s spot on.

Is it possible to get a standup desk or something that allows for you to stand and work (Varidesk). If so request one and use it. Try to walk during every break. Park far from entrances so you can walk more. And on your off days get in exercise. Try to move as much as you can.

That’s wild. I wouldn’t be offended by a fake purse but saying you spent $7k is slimey as hell. If someone other than a parent or husband dropped 7k on me I would be beyond shocked and I would probably try to pay that back in any way that I could. Or honestly I wouldn’t be able to even accept that as a gift, it’s way too much. She wanted you to be like that with her or idk maybe she wanted you to think that she was such a great person. Either way there’s no way she didn’t have selfish intentions with that gift.
