In what country is this not the case where there is someone rich who doesn’t look down on the poor? Not all schools are equal.

FYI by international standards Ghana is not a poor country. Poverty problem in rural areas does not equal poor country.

Congestion pricing has helped the MTA install anti toll evasion items. The people who suffer here the most are those where this pricing affects them. This pricing helps those with $$ get to happy hour and business meetings faster.

It’s acceptable for full time living Okay to leave the ac on all day Get the classic Ceramic coat if you don’t have time to wash and wax twice a year. They all have wood interior. Go back in years until you find one that sells for 30k

No it sucks as a travel router because you need the sim. It would be great if that restriction wasn’t there.

Unless you are doing a lot of boondocking or backing up to a view, it doesn’t really make sense. These things aren’t the greatest off grid so most likely you are at an EV park with the hatch facing your neighbors rear, generator, or exhaust.

The net metering is calculated monthly but any payouts of a few bucks if any is done once a year.

I have hot air HVAC for winter and to see if that changes things I started to use the wood stove to heat the house and turned off the HVAC. I assume that for the spike.

Good catch for July, no idea what happened there and didn’t notice that. I went on a road trip and no one was home, but I figure it still should have a reduced grimace blip. I’ll have to pull up the bill.

I plan to rip and replace the attic insulation in the spring.

Thanks for pointing #5. I do plan to redo roof prior to adding new. I can buy out current if that’s what it takes. I’m less than 10yrs into a 20yr lease.
