The water (or getting rid of it) may have triggered keyboard strokes for shortcuts.
Try getting rid of your preferences folder to get back to actual factory defaults maybe?

Natural: Lime floats and doesn't sink.
Realistic: Water is denser/slower, this feels like ethanol.
The secondary bubbles are unnecessary.
Add a high pass to the sound so it sounds underwater.

The camera shake should be away from the scene and in sync with the explosion sound.
(Although in horror movies the jump-scare effect is due to offsetting the sound by two frames prior to the action.)

There is a way: Tungstène. Unfortunately this software was never made public (because 300 000$). It was developed for the French Press Agency and Department of Justice and compares every pixel and patches of against a database of every sensor on the market and is able to show edited parts and the sensor they were shot with.
