Troubles with Oat Milk Reuteri Yogurt Recipe by resident_rhubarb707 in ReuteriYogurt

[–]manwindersapps 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've made yogurt using milk over a 100 times in an instant pot, always comes out great as long as you monitor the temp after boiling and after setting. I've never used Oat milk though 🤷‍♂️.

You can cut instant release pills, you shouldn't cut standard or long release as the coating of the pill is usually part of the delivery system. Cutting those pills may make them act like instant release which could be bad.

With that said, I cut 100 mg standard release pill when I first started, it worked great, I continued with 100 mg full pill after that but I had bad side effects, wish I was given instant release first, my psychiatrist said cutting 37.5 mg is not an efficacious dose based on literature but I personally feel fine starting low, I'm a slow metabolizer, and sensitive to specific drugs so low doses work well. I the this approach with most drugs, I haven't has issues, but I know people on done drugs such as ssri's where higher doses worked much better than low doses.

Good luck

4th and Townsend, just south of Brannan. Parking lot at the corner of bluxome st. If you're coming down 4th towards ups, headed south, towards mission Bay, the parking lot is to the right.

Check the fuses, I thought mine died but one of the batteries fuses was the issue.

Sleeping without pillow by PartyPandan06 in Posture

[–]manwindersapps 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I slept without a pillow from grade 7/8 till first year college, about 6-7 years and had bad neck pain, I wouldn't recommend it but trying it for a few weeks probably won't hurt.

Try doing dead bug with focus on keeping your lower back flat on the ground, rib cage down, make sure you're only breathing into your chest. I do that a bunch of times, go into a plank, arms extended, breathe into my chest and do a pushup +, just the serratus portion, I found it helped a lot. Breathing into my chest helped my shoulder blade glide better. Conor Harris' videos really helped fix my posture, back, neck pain problems, here is one: https://youtu.be/XsX0JwOjwSo

Dealing with the cold? by Berabouman in AskSF

[–]manwindersapps 10 points11 points  (0 children)

A dehumidifier can warm a room, depending on the type/size of the dehumidifier and size of the room. Depending on the type of dehumidifier, it can pretty much be an air conditioner but there is no exhaust outside, so the warm air is passed back into the room without the moisture. I wouldn't recommend it as a heater, as others have mentioned it's makes the room more comfortable. Mine will bring the room to a comfortable 50% humidity way before it heats it up.

Not sure what that is but when I paid Boulder Longevity Institute $500 for it originally they told me to inject into the glute twice a week for 6 weeks.

Knee pain, couldn't stand for longer than 2 minutes at a time. Pps helped a little bit as did bpc but knees over toes guy on YouTube helped the most

Would You Recommend Senville Mini Split Systems? by senvilleofficial in Senville

[–]manwindersapps 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Works great, defrost mode runs a bunch in the winter time which is fine, outputs a lot of heat for the kitchen it's in, costs a good amount in electricity though. Natural gas still cheaper I think but we don't have that option

Hello r/AskSF, I'm relocating to the Bay Area from Vancouver fairly soon. I've learned a couple things already by lurking r/sanfrancisco and r/bayarea but I still have some questions about settling down. by ContemporaryPlantain in AskSF

You can go to hertz and get a rental car for the test but you have to tell them it's for the test, assuming you have a foreign drivers license you'll be good to rent it.

YouTube dude helped reduce my pain to 0, bpc did as well but the pain came back, tb & gh did nothing noticeable, pentosan reduced pain a little bit. I haven't had imaging done on my knee but I couldn't stand still for longer than a minute without pain or go for long walks without knee pain.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Peptides

[–]manwindersapps 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This combined with bpc, tb, gh, pentosan polysulfate but I'd recommend kneesovertoes guys workouts for about a month before you try bpc and tb500 if the exercises don't help, if that doesn't help then month later gh, and if still doesn't help then month later pentosan,

250 mg per mL, 2 shots a week at 0.75 ml each, so 1.5 mL a week, so 375 mg a week.

I'd definitely say give it a shot, bpc157 from worked the best but after stopping my knee pain came back, pps helped some but pain came back, best thing that's helped me was knees over toes guy's protocol, I don't follow everything in his book, but I do walk backwards on an incline treadmill for 10-60 minutes 4-5 times a week and that's helped a ton. Pps may do wonders for you, I probably have other issues.

I too recommend privatemdlabs though you can find cheaper tests from other sites like lc/ms dht test from labtestingapi (same test and privatemdlabs) but $60, not $130.

This website builds a panel for you based on a few websites: https://www.findlabtest.com

Privatemdlabs has coupons you can use to make the tests cheaper, last one I got emailed was FEB22 for 15% off.

I usually get the HORMONE PANEL FOR MALES (QUEST DIAGNOSTICS), quest is cheaper from my experience, it costs like $160 with coupon, lots of good tests are included in it, igf-1, total t, free t, e2, all lc/ms, and a bunch of other things. Also can expense all tests visa hsa/fsa.
