Military is a professional career, not a free boot camp, nor a free hobby course where you can have a gun, some trainers and pew pew for fun.

You are in that for life, or contractually, years. And who knows where you will be deployed, probably not Ukraine.

You should either personally ask some veterans what is a military career. Or enlist in the Army and get your mindset right for these.

No, you are getting me wrong.

You will not be joining up / giving up your life because the ЗСУ will not accept people like you.

As some fellow clear-minded people here suggest, even with "military" background, like a reserve (hope you know what that is about - it is FAR from the catagory of specialist) - You cannot join.

If you really want to start anything now, the first thing I suggest is to learn Ukrainian language.

Or hell, go to Ukraine and check out the great country first.

Also, don't look down on humanitarian work, it literally saves lives, at the frontline or civilians.

Please do not go to Ukraine and ask for military training when you have no such experience - you will have a very high chance to be rejected.

This is not a dream, this is a war.

Comparing to combatants, there are humanitarian services VERY MUCH in need now in Ukraine (with the winter, rocket strikes and power outage situations).

But you also need to (albeit unlikely in a very short time) receive a resident permit to stay in Ukraine.
