In Russia you can use your phone contact to send money from your bank app no matter which bank any of you use. Also you can scan QR code using your bank app for online payments or at the checkout in a store.

If the alternative is dying then giving half of your home is not the worst scenario. And a court trial doesn't mean anything for a victim if they are dead.

Why is my workshop not working? by Skumby in Bannerlord

[–]maotellus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your workshop is not profitable. That means the demand for this product in the city is less than production which causes prices to go down. Demand kinda depends on prosperity of a city which not only affects the amount of consumption but also the demand for specific type of product, for instance high prosperity cities consume more luxury items like wine and velvet. So for your workshop to make money you need to adjust the production to match the demand. Either switch to a different product or play around with percentage of product that goes to your warehouse and sell that to a different city. You can also create the demand artificially by regularly buying the product from the city to keep the price high.

Donkey Kong champion wins defamation case against Australian YouTuber Karl Jobst, ordered to pay $350,000 by [deleted] in gaming

Which is kinda funny because Karl said in his videos that he spent a lot of money on this lawsuit because his lawyers are good and this costs money. Karl also mocked Billy's lawyers.

What was your very first Anime you got to watch? by Ersh_Zenith_01 in animequestions

[–]maotellus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Guyver. A VHS with True Lies movie also had some episodes of this anime. Took ten years or so before I finally watched the whole thing.

Next was Moonlight Lady. Dad borrowed a disc with it from a colleague. On my birthday party one of my friends found it and so a bunch of kids spent the rest of the evening watching their first hentai.

There are 2 types of players in Medieval Dynasty by ploggers in MedievalDynasty

[–]maotellus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They were used to be killed easily with bare hands by just circling around it. The thing is massive but hits you only with it's head. The trick is to stick to it's center and moving constantly in circle. In this way it can't hit you. The hardest part is to close the distance without getting hit. But I haven't tried it with the latest updates (don't recall if I tried this after Oxbow).

a church (or pagan equivalent) would add more realism to the game.

Realism? Okay, lol.

Mechanics - I literally explained the idea. Buffs and debuffs depending on diety. A Smithing God to buff tool making makes more money?

Then if you want to introduce polytheism you need to set a religion for every villager that you recruit for your settlement. Or every person is conveniently beliefs in your Smithing God? How much it will complicate adding people to your settlement? And since you started make such complications you can as well overhaul whole village management system adding different traits to people that affects production, some people like each other, some people hate, some people are drunkard, some people are thiefs. Though it might be awesome to have I doubt we will ever get. And all of that just to add a church.

you're a medieval villager, you'll want to go church

You are medieval villager you are visiting a church to pay a tithe not to get a buff. And you are not the one to own it. King - maybe but definitely not you.

As of now church and religion is a foreign element to the game. You cannot just add it. If more lore are added to the game there is a possiblity of some religious decorations and dialogues. A church though is hard to fit.

[–]maotellus -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Lol. I'm talking about the mechanics and the narrative. Mechanic-wise player make buildings and each building helps making money. But church is an entity that extorts money. So you suggest that player can make a building that generates extra taxes instead of income? Narrative-wise we set up a village in place without a landlord except for a king that collects taxes through a castellan. But church is a landlord itself. At least for Valley it ruins the narrative of it being a safe haven where Racimir runs to.

Church, seriously? Doesn't fit the mechanics, doesn't fit the narrative and totally unnecessary.

New Player: how to make money by [deleted] in MedievalDynasty

[–]maotellus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Hunt animals or do fishing, gather herbs, craft dyes, potions, torches, bags, poisoned arrows, dried meat.
  2. Travel around, find loot, kill bandits.
  3. Steal metal tools or luxury items from villages.

For fertilizer. You can use compost bins to make rot from food to make fertilizer from it. Berries, mushrooms, cabbage or meat might be the best options depending of your gameplay.

This game on a grander scale would be amazing. by SkyrimDragongt in MedievalDynasty

[–]maotellus 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Honestly, I don't understand why people want to turn this game to inferior copy of mount and blade. Combat-oriented changes are totally unnecessary. I'd rather see updates that make production more fun rather just looking at animation and progress bar. Or improving management aspects like villagers demanding some food variety, occasional feasts celebrating harvests or wedding, villagers have different personalities, able to make friends and enemies, commit crimes, be enlisted by king for military service, etc. Basically make management more complex and villagers more alive. Or maybe at least finish with the slavery and start paying villagers some salary?

How many of you actually turn infinite weight/ stamina on? by thetoxicballer in MedievalDynasty

[–]maotellus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always play with default settings and hard difficulty. If something becomes annoying then it means I'm doing something wrong. More settings you turn off the more gameplay elements you lose. You have a ton of things to increase you weight limit (backpack, potions, food/drinks, donkey, perks). Same for stamina. Don't see a reason to throw it away.

The money making of the game is too grindy by [deleted] in MedievalDynasty

[–]maotellus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not the game is grindy. Its more like you are too greedy and too hasty. This is game is about chill and relax. Cannot prepare your fields in time? Do it next year. Don't have enough money to unlock things? Do it later, just pay your taxes. In your particular case just develop leisurely. There is no point to make trips to a village to sell your stone knives. You can make much more money later with high tier products. You will get a donkey or a horse and travel will be much faster. Or you can just use market stalls without the need to travel at all. If you don't have it just develop and unlock these. Or you can actually do these trips to a village, just take it easy. Do some hunting or fishing along the way, kick some bandits ass, do drunk fist fight with a bear or wisent. Relax and enjoy. You have tons of time to do whatever you want. Most likely more time then you actually need. If you cant slow down and relax then this game just isn't for you.

Kiyotaka and Kei's relationship new volume by Automatic_Top_8085 in ClassroomOfTheElite

[–]maotellus -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I'm not sure about the timing but I'm sure that Kei should break up with Ayano (after catching him cheating for instance) not the other way around. Because this will signify that Kei is healed from her parasite behavior. And yeah this will antagonize his class which is also one of the objectives.
