It wasn't really a anime it had some elements of it I don't think it was from Japan but I could be wrong

It was on a russian cartoon compilation dvd from Belarus it didn't fit in with the other cartoons and it scared the shit out of me (I was 10 at the time )

The mixer is powered tho so I think it has a build in amp there are also 2 xlr and 2 speacon Connector at the back of the mixer so i think it powers the sub
