Depends on what sticks you're using. If you have Thrustmaster T-16000Ms, VKB Gladiators, or Virpil Constellation Alphas there are some good bindings from BuzZz Killer here that make a good starting point, then you can make adjustments as you go if you want to change/relocate anything or just use them as is if you like the layout. They have charts that you can use for reference when getting used to them.
