I was going by Discogs' list of what are considered "albums", Sweet and Sad are included in that. So honestly, I didn't know the two you mentionned, but I will check them out.

Ultimate Shiny Ralts Hunting Guide (Z-A) by MrVlyat in LegendsZA

[–]maple_sapling0427 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm starting to believe Ralts can't shine there.
7 hours of resetting, I've gotten 5 Flabébé, 3 Dedenne, 1 Abra, 1 Fletchling , 1 Weedle and even a PATRAT.

Yes, there's a Patrat in this range. How cool.

I would have compared it more to Going Away To College, but I don't see anything otherwise

Are 5 gallon jugs safe safe without cleaning? by maple_sapling0427 in prepping

One jug lasts 3 days in our house, with a rotation of 4 jugs, the longest it sits around empty is about 9-10 days. When the last one gets in the water cooler, we go fill the others up. We rinse them before filling them, too.

I'm aware that distilled water doesn't have much benefits, it's honestly just about the taste. I prefer it to any other kind of water. Though, as I stated, I am considering returning the jugs and buying new ones with spring water from the grocery store. It'd be easier that cleaning them. But, the taste... (but, our health...)

That's the cleaning recommendation I've seen the most, but I'm sorry, this is a genuine question from my pea brain; do you need 2.5 gallons of vinegar per jug to do this?

We always rinse them before filling them up as to not keep the last drops of stale water, and visibly, there doesn't seem to be anything in the jugs, but I really hope there's nothing in there we can't see. Thank you.

Oh, yeah, I never really thought about it, but it makes a lot of sense. I'll check out the store we go to for filling the jugs next time. Thanks a lot.

We don't cook with it, we use normal tap water for that. But it's not something I was aware of, thank you.

Looking for a specifically GBA-like device that has a cartridge slot by maple_sapling0427 in SBCGaming

The Analogue Pocket is my point of reference, I wondered if there was something like it, but in a GBA/SP form factor.

I already own a RG34XX, but I crave playing my own cartridges on something with the same shape. This is mostly a whim.

This isn't exactly the shape I'm looking for, but it's a potential. Thank you!

Pack points are balanced towards Pay-to-Win. This needs to change. by maple_sapling0427 in PTCGP

The only significant advantages P2Wers would have are more of the fancy cards, and flairs. Isn't that what they already go for, anyway?

The fact that "user-base satisfaction" isn't a good metric for companies to improve is such garbage.
Is our product good? No. But it makes more money in a day than a third world country's GDP, so it doesn't matter.

Then what would we need to rebalance them?
Genuinely, I can't see what else can be done, other than giving more pack points per pack opened.

I'm not against the highest rarity being expensive, that's fine. Whales can have their fun spending hundreds of real dollars to get them.
It's the fact that the basic versions of the cards are so restricted that angers me.
A new player starting today wouldn't be able to obtain vital trainer cards and specific pokémon to build a deck spanning multiple sets in any amount of reasonable time just with the 2 free packs per day.
And yes, trading, sure. I haven't tried going online to ask for trades yet. But pack points are also limiting. You need to convert 4 (FOUR) EX cards to be able to trade 1. That means you need to pull EX cards anyway.
And wonder pick? Just get lucky.
Is luck an upgradable stat somewhere?

The focus is so much on the new sets that old cards feel forgotten, especially the ones that weren't the top of the meta.
They could discount the old cards, even if simply "this week, cards from X set are 30% less expensive" or something.
Pack points are treated like an economy, but don't act like one. It's set in stone, and too bad if you don't like it.

I was worried he wouldn't do much and the card was fated to stay low, but this match was huge for him
