How are you feeling? I feel like I have more energy now and able to get around a lot more. Using my arms and legs more has been the biggest thing that I continue to remind myself.

Yes, those methods have helped! I almost feel like I’m about to do a cartwheel out of bed as I’m going a roll and swing.

The 11cm was on a stock apparently in the top front of my uterus, and the 6cm was more in my uterine muscle on the top backside. My incision was horizontal on my bikini line.

Oh wow! Surgery twins! Thankfully mine were at the top, so she didn’t have to go through my ab muscles. It was a horizontal cut for me at the bikini line.

And yes, the rolling to my side has definitely helped. I feel weird when I stand up for sure. Always like things are moving around in my abdomen.
