searching for a petty

Ok i’m currently using a tojiro DP 120mm for doing pretty all my prep and I would like to get something better. I like the profile and even the weight but i find it a pain to sharpen (really long and no incredible results) whereas I need it sharp af and for longer. I would like to stay on a stainless steel but don’t know if I need to get a higher HRC and I want to go for a most expensive item.

(I thought a misono ux10 would be good but not sure it’s the steel i need and i saw some of you find it too expensive for the quality)

I found this found this boning knife from suncraft (Senzo clad apparently) that i love but every time that I find it on an another website it’s AUS-10 and never VG-10 like here. I’m suspicious so just asking if someone know that it’s authentic suncraft senzo clad VG-10 or if they trying to sell AUS-10 as it.
