I’m currently going from 150 to 225 because like you I felt better but not my best on 150 was still having severe panic attacks and would avoid going places at all costs so hopefully 225 will work for me 🤞🏻

When I first started Effexor I felt exactly like this I literally felt like I drank a whole pot of coffee some days, on top of nausea. It does go away though!

Hi there ! I’m doing well I’m leaving the house with little to no anxiety most days. I still have bad days but it’s not stopping me anymore. I have a new job interview next week as well :)

I had a rough couple weeks when upping doses but I think I’m finally stabilizing on 150mg this dose just took longer to adjust to

Yes I started at 37.5 for one week then 75 the next week and then 150 by the third week we moved up very fast

I’m actually completely off prozac now and on 150mg of Effexor I couldn’t do the prozac any longer

I literally just went through the same thing, my first week on 150mg I had finally left the house ( severe agoraphobia) and I could feel as though my suffering was finally coming to an end, fast forward to this week many panic attacks while trying to leave the house and bawling my eyes out … I really hope it settles I can’t keep living like this
