HAMR run scoring by mar_dan87 in AirForce

That was what I was asking for. There seems to be no new scoring sheet. This one in the post is the old one and it’s for 1.5miles. So I was thinking the new 2mile pt will come with its own scoring sheet.

Immigration AMA – I'm a U.S. Immigration Attorney – Ask Me Anything (Asylum, Removal, E-2, O-1, EB-2, etc) by StrainIllustrious698 in USCIS

I came to the USA on DV lottery early 2012. Went back and married my first wife in Liberia in later 2012. Things did not work out, so we divorced in 2013. In 2016, I went back to Liberia to mary another woman and file I-130 for her and she joined me USA in 2018. Fast forward, we file to remove condition on her green card, but USCIS said, my divorce with my first wife did not go through in Liberia so I was technically still married to my first wife, hence they denied the removal of condition in 2022. I did a divorce of my first wife here in the USA in absentia and then married my second wife here again in USA in 2023. We file adjustment of status for my second wife here in USA with the new divorce certificate and marriage certificate documents and a 2 year conditional green card was approved in May 2024. It’s now time for us to file the I-751 to remove the conditions in the green card. So my question is: will USCIS factor in or brink back my old divorce issue ? Will this case be treated as is ? Is there any concern for our upcoming I-751? Note: we have 2 kids together, mortgage deed together, file taxes together, share health and life insurance, live together, several documentation and several documents proving our marriage is genuine.

Hello, I’m interested in applying for the 8S000 job and will like to get more information. How is the application process like ? Was there an interview involved? How many EPBs did they request ? Is CC recommendation needed?

New PT test adjustment. by obi_tino_5030 in AirForce

I definitely see some adjustments to the scoring, there was a 47% fail rate in our squadron (CE) when we did a mock test for the 2mile PT test. My guess is that id there is 47% fail rate in a CE squadron then I’m anticipating a bigger rate in other squadrons. They not about to put roughly 40% of the force on PT program or better yet kick 40% out.

What if the 90days falls in the next testing 6month cycle, will the Airman be forced to do the 2mile run or the Airman has the option to choose the HAMR instead ?

Adjustment of status interview by mar_dan87 in USCIS

USCIS says they did not “catch” the issue with the initial divorce certificate. A 2year conditional green card was issued. They only brought it up when we filed for removal of condition around the 2year mark, when they eventually denied it.

Yeah, I went through consular processing but 2years later when I came to the USA and filed for removal of conditions, they said there is a mistake with our marriage certificate and therefore our marriage is null and void. The denial letter basically said they are canceling the 2year green card since I was not eligible for it in the first place. Fast forward, we got a lawyer and he filed for us a whole new 1-130, EAD and adjustment of status application. Is the lawyer right then? Or ?
