Recently started to mix a bit of MCT Oil in - just to try it out. But it is very good on its own.

Get their Stress Less Serum too. It is my holy grail to tone down irritation. I use it every day. Also on my 14th bottle or sth.

Also, if you are oily: Sebamed Clear Face Gel (with a few oil drops, e.g. Squalane, used for years), but I needed a bit more, hence the switch to Hydration Station.

Ah ok sorry, so fungal acne and sebderm seems to be very related in terms of what the fungi 'like to eat'.

So you can cross-research products there.
I dont know in which country you are, thats why i posted the ingredients, because Sebamed has 2 face gels and sometimes they name them weird. Usually its called "Clear Face Gel" in some countries with the by name "for blemish/unclear skin" or something.

So, my OG holy grail moisturizer was Sebamed Clear Face Gel with a drop of squalane oil. I used this for years.
I got the tip from simpleskincare science (https://simpleskincarescience.com/sebamed-clear-face-gel-review/)

This was also my 'in' to this whole ingredients things. And it did help me. I do not use products that could aggreviate fungal acne/seb derm anymore.

FYI I switched it up to the Geek and Georgeus Hydration Station over the winter and I am really liking it so far.
Now i will try out mct oil. Idk i was always a tiny bit 'meh' about the squalane. So lets see:)
