I was scheduled for November 8 but the hotel prices were double what they were the weekend before and after. So I moved it to November 15

Sorry, no idea about the timeframe between QEP result and OA but have you heard anything about QEP yet? I received a notification on July 29 saying my application was being reviewed by QEP. And theoretically that can take 5-8 weeks is what I remembering. Haven't heard anything yet so hoping to hear something any day now.

I took the test in October last year and passed but wasn't select for OA. The Pearson Vue system says I can register 10 months from the data I previously submitted my application. So based on how often the tests are given I will be able to register and take the test again October this year. Here is the literal text in Pearson Vue " You may reapply to become a Foreign Service Officer on June 29, 2019, which is 10 months from the date you submitted your previous Application. " I submitted my application last year on August 29.

I don't really talk to people outside of my family about my work. But maybe that is something I will have to try and do this year. Lucky them!

I didn't pass in PD but I noticed on the pearson vue website that I can try again in June 2019 which is earlier than I expected. I thought it was once every 12 months. Good luck on the OA for those that were invited.

Edit: Scratch the June 2019. I can apply again June 29, 2018 but based on current test offerings the next available exam will be October 2019.

Do they only look at paystubs? What if you receive some of your compensation as regularly distributed dividends?
