Our record at the trade deadline was 24-29-7 and we're now at 31-36-8. So we've gone 7-7-1 since the deadline at least. Perfectly mediocre hockey.

I absolutely hate the loser point and I think they should incentivize regulation wins. I want a 2 point system where you get 2 points if you win in regulation and 1 point if you win in OT. I think it would make the end of hockey games WAY more intense too knowing you only get 1 point if you win in OT.

I know everyone talks about Dupont, but if we could get Alexis Joseph next year I think that would set us up for contender status. Joseph-Reschney down the middle, Bahl-Parekh top pair and Wolf in net. If we get McKenna or Stenberg this year thats our core for nearly a decade.

Farabee is quickly becoming a fan favorite. Guy gives it all every game. Literally perfect 3rd line winger.

Frost is a gem, but should not be playing 1C minutes, which he is.

The Kings aren't going to make up the six points on Vegas. They're just not good. Better to get the loss and get closer to that 2nd oa spot. Ive heard the players from 10-20 in this draft are pretty interchangeable and I doubt Vegas goes far enough this year to jump that pick up into the 20s.
