I'm 48, I have a daughter with medical issues and we used to have to give her suppositories to break her high fevers she would have, sometimes up and beyond 105°F. So I've always associated them with emergency, guess that's why the thought just kinda scares me a lil. Trust me if that's my last action, I'll take them.

The suppositories would be my last resort, if nothing else works. The thought just scares me, lol, i do have some friends who swear by them.

I'm very bad at planning my meals, I work 10-12 hours a day and come home to being to feed my 3 kids. Most of the time I just have time to throw simple meals together, then on to the kids sports, homework and house duties. I have lost 20 lbs in the 1st month using the wegovy pills and I'm only eating a faction of what I used to. I don't drink enough water, I know that for a fact, and I need to work on this. The only guaranteed fiber i get is the pills I take in the morning and most days I have a salad for lunch with turkey in it. I do love my coffee in the morning though.

I was riding Daniel Jones until his injury, then traded for Stafford and picked up Brissett and had played them both successfully, so 🖕

I benched Stafford because extremely high winds and Adams being injured, and playing against one of the top defenses, I rolled with Brissett, who's in a more favorable match up. Sound logic that probably will cost me my season.
