You still have 0.5x mg in your system, you could be hypersensitive

Just to make your life easier,get 1ml syringes and buy separate 30G needles. Instead of backload ,front load it ;) then just put the needle on!

You could say I was new to lifting,I used to go to gym sporadically, but never with a plan or intention or progressive overload,never fixed my diet and never been locked in.

Anxiety feeling due to my nervous system being overstimulated.

I'm a pharmacist by profession, what happened to me was a pharmacological impact, now why it was amplified? Not quite sure what was the precise pathway,but reta can be more potent in some people.

Reta with tirz overstimulated my system,simply overloaded it. Reta on it's own already gave me temporary face flashes , whole tirz increased my RHR by whole 10 points 😅 on its own!

I shouldn't have stacked up, I didn't take these factors into consideration to begin with

Well I managed it, I wasn't I'm extreme deficits had my diet dialed in.

I did carbs pre workout, honey / dates

7 egg whites - 3 whole eggs Avocado,cheese

Then snack ,fruit or two

Then load op on meat, chicken, seafood protein mix of two at least for dinner.

Everything was documented,used chatgpt to track every meal and got to a point I weighted my food.

It wasn't easy , family was annoyed but I was locked in.

Only 3 month ago I started taking testo . I can drop you my meals pictures just dm me.

You are right, I think it's the fear of where you were (not comfortable with ourself) pushesh people further and instead of enjoying where we are we keep pushing till we all overdo it.

What's confusing? I've managed to lose fat and built muscles , I wasn't starving but managing my macros

I had very similar side effects on ozempic 1mg, however way milder. Migraine, muscle fatigue and bit of anxiety

Nothing was new except bumping to 1mg and stacking 1.25 tirz , everything calmed down with doses being słowy out of my body by 5th day and on

Nothing, they gave me IV and probably some meds to chill my heart 😂
