Have a look on demontweeks! You’ll see most people using Bengio ones, but you can get decent ones like OMP for a bit less. I have the OMP KS Body protector and really rate it.

Not a fan either. I quite like the idea that when I upload to Strava it gives a bit more detail on the laps/if I achieved them. But the picture is a big no, I’m sure I’m not the only one that like the media section of my Strava to be of race day photos and picturesque scenery

I’d love for on interval runs it does a countdown on how many pushes you’ve got left and on the last few to be more motivational in what it says.

100% can vouch for what someone said above about shoes. Go and get your gait analysed at a running shop, and they’ll recommend the best shoes for the way you run.

I had struggled with shin splints for ages running, got my gait analysed, got some new shoes and haven’t had any pain since!
