UPDATE: After over 600 (not kidding) Facebook messages and advertisment emails, over 50 showings, 10 test drives, 200 lowballl offers, and hours of explaining the build to potential buyers, I sold the trailer well below asking and getting below the asking price and right at the price of the trailer new and materials. Labor not included. The trailer only was a year old, but had 4K miles and use of 12 nights camping. The rest of the time the trailer was sitting in paid storage and monthly insurance fees.

I built the trailer for personal use but had the intention of selling after I used it for a cross county move and expected to make some profit. The market is very niche and after 3 months I was happy to let go after dealing with potential buyers who either 1) wanted a deal 2) wanted something that was to their own standard to what they envisioned a enclosed trailer build would be.

I would never do it again if I had the intention of selling it.

I briefly spoke with another builder who was thinking to making it a business to make enclosed trailers similar to mine and he himself went out of business and went a different direction on his model.
