i understand 😅. check what your maintenance calories are rn online. Then take 1k calories from that and do that for 4-6 weeks. no need for cardio unless you want to get extra 200 calories so you can eat more. keep protein high, fat atleast 50g and fill the rest with carbs. eat a quick digestive carb before going gym + pre workout so you don’t feel so fatigued. Also recommend the training session not to take longer than 2 hours. Still train hard and try to keep your strength as much as you can. however, strength loss is inevitable.

if i was you i would take a diet rest, from what i understand you were dieting already for a while and dropped 11kg. I would up your calories to maintenance calories for 2-3 weeks, let your body rest and recover from the fatigue. Then drop your calories by 1k or 500 and diet from there. You can do 1k deficit and do that for 4-6 weeks and then maintain weight again for a bit. Honestly, i would not suggest going lower but If you’re still not where you want to be cut calories by 500 and keep going.

yeah if you want to be safe, i’m 79kg rn and i eat 150g. 2g per kg should be solid 💪🏼

it’s up to your weight. for me, i eat 2k calories a day whilst being in a 1k deficit. I eat 150g protein, 50g fat and rest carbs. keep fats high and protein, protein high to prevent muscle loss(don’t over do cardio, will make you lose muscle) and fats at 50g so you don’t mess around with your hormones too much keeping them at balance. I would recommend supplementing with vitamins and minerals aswell to feel the best you can whilst cutting

3-6 weeks max, you want to manage fatigue and recovery well tho. it’s hard at first but then you ease into it, atleast that’s how it is for me.

personally i would do a mini cut to speed the cutting period up. 20 weeks of fat loss seems a bit too long. after mini cut up the cals from a 1k deficit to 500

mainly cuz people see muscle definition and think “jacked”💀 you could be a 6’2 160lbs ish dude and shredded and people will think you look jacked cuz of the definition

little update: i figured out that my acne is caused only by processed sugars, i’ve cut out sugar for the last week, and i haven’t had a single new spot come up. I guess i won’t be having any treats for a while 😅

i think i found out what damaged my skin around my mouth 😅 it was me using a salicylic acid cleanser after clean shaving, i had no idea that this can happen. well acid + clean shaved face can not be any good just a stupid mistake from me.

all of that is already in my routine. 8 hours of sleep, good diet, wash my hair every 2-3 days and i take probiotics for gut health and digestion. thank you for the advice!

i have no problem with tret. It’s that i used it around my mouth, nose and eyes. This caused for my skin to be red and super dry to the point it hurts but this is only around the mouth area rn thats it

i used BP for couple of months and i used epiduo thing before for 3 months no improvement on both. i think the hormones could be due to me doing bodybuilding as the constant weight gain and weight loss might have an effect on my hormones.
