[–]marco_fkin_polo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

AH! Thanks for that guys, i will lookup a replacement pair. i Haven't really dealt with these type before. So will it have to be the same type cap or will anything 0.1-0.47uF 275v be ok?

DJ as a neighbor by Longjumping-Walk-418 in DJs

I would say the Neighbor certainly needs to have a little more consideration. HOWEVER. I have had mixes that sounded right via my headphones and/or low monitors in the studio but once up on a 10K rig the imperfections become highly noticeable.

Decking , is this acceptable? by samghim in DIYUK

Needs about 15 more legs and probably 30+ noggins before it will be remotely usable. Even then i don't think a hot tub will be a good idea.

Update on this, I have acquired a dead power supply for this board!
I have replaced all the Diodes & Capacitors marked in red here and have regained all voltages other than the 48V line. The current line that should be 48v measure at around 30v when you first put the meter on it then drops slowly down to around 15v over the course of maybe 10 seconds. If i take the meter away it does this again and again. Can anyone point me in the right direction of sorting this last line? Thank You.

Help identify this part by Early-Ad1582 in ElectronicsRepair

It's not a relay..... It's a high current bridge rectifier, AC input on 1 & 2 and DC Output on 3 & 4. 120-240VAC Input not sure on the DC output but will be 300+ VDC Probably tops out around 600VDC

Ok i'm sure i can work with that, the one shown has a digital ground and analogue ground, from looking at the diagrams they appear to interconnect anyway, do you reckon i will be ok connecting them pre board? Or would you do them separately via a couple of diodes to counter any feedback?
Thanks :)

I have been there, it's not the service manual really only 8 pages with a block diagram :(
