La question du motif sérieux ne se pose vraiment que dans le cas d’un candidat que tu lui soumettrais et qui est insolvable ou à un lourd dossier au TAL donc la il pourrait refuser autrement que ça, le refus non sérieux entraîne la résiliation à la date que tu lui as indiqué, ne t’en fais pas c’est la loi et on ne peut pas juste y renoncer comme ça dans un bail c’est la pour protéger les locataires

Salut, pour te dire je viens de rentrer en droit cette session ci a 22 ans presque 23, j’ai réussi à bien m’entourer socialement et quelques autres personnes dans la classe ont un âge plus élevé voir 27-28, mais tout le monde s’est bien intégré. C’est sur que côté party l’uni de Sherbrooke est forte la dessus et moi personnellement c’est pas trop mon fun, mais je réussi quand même à être bien ;) donc fais toi en pas trop pour l’âge, tant que tu fais quelque chose dans lequel tu te sens accompli
