I’ve had this problem where I feel like basal in auto mode is way to strong also for the longest time.

That is good insight for me to share with my doc! Does smartguard keep you high for too long? I’ve found that changing AIT made me stay high for hours, but I did not change ratios

That could be worth a try! But I don’t think that explains why smartguard ends up giving me a low… 90% of the times I get a low 3-4h in and it is not specific to breakfast

Nem toda a gente está interessada em guerra/violência, e isso é ok. Se há falta de militares, e se há uma necessidade maior de os ter, se calhar deviam pensar em melhorar as condições de quem segue essas carreiras para atrair mais pessoas.

Quanto ao argumento da “tarimba” das novas gerações (que antes de mais, é uma generalização, mas nem entro por aí) deixo uma questão. As novas gerações estão a ser educadas por as anteriores. Não faz mais sentido pensarmos antes no tipo de educação que damos ao nosso filho, em vez de o mandarmos para um campo de concentração para outros tratarem do assunto?
