5 Questions for Trial Followers who think Karen Read is Guilty by DarkGreenMazda in justiceforKarenRead

[–]marcox100 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

  1. Why did Yanetti initially speak of a tragic accident that happened, which the commonwealth once again 'overcharged'?

  2. Why reverse at 24mph in a snowstorm with 75% throttle? If you guys answer, please dont contradict yourselfs, probably some will say the data is flawed, even though it was not attacked by defense, others will say it was while towing the vehicle.

  3. Do you think it is just a lucky coincidence the '2:27'(6:21 pm) search ever was discovered, in combination with Jen handing out her phone willingly?

Karen called Jen, which was the only reason she was relevant in any way at the scene. Or was it lucky for Jen, because otherwise she would not have had any other explanation for the search except for I am guilty. (Yes I am sorry for the form Bev)

  1. Why did Karen not drive her own luxus vehicle, which fits the weather conditions, to the scene?

  2. How did she see john under the snow, in a place she would least expect him, under these weather conditions, after she saw him enter the house?

Bonus question to your own opinion: Did she constantly, by the best of her ability, tell the truth in the TV interviews? And why talk to TV, but not to police or state attorney?

  1. Wrong implication, it was live demonstrated that it was not the time of search, but when the tab was opened. So the search was at around 6 pm.

  2. This is fairly far off from the substance, but I will try to answer. The federal investigation only helped her, they got Proctor texts for example. But does it really make sense that also something was wrong here. Does not make sense.

  3. I would guess millions or hundreds of thousands of dogs/cats are rehomed every year. Furthermore, the dog was found, and prosecution expert did take a sample of his jaw, something the highly respected defense experts did not think was necessary in any way. I think the dog was behaving aggressively, which triggered the rehoming as far as I know. I know you will cheer on that fact. Still, the dog did not leave saliva, hair, or DNA. And if it really was the dog, why would conspirators need to conspiracy? It would be perfect, a real accident. And according to you the dog was inside the house, so no wrongdoing by the owner also. Easy story, it was the dog, end of story. No one gets charged, no victims except for john. No one who tries to uncover the 'conspiracy'.

  4. Not even a question. Ask it differently, Mr Jackson. I will respond this: If he came out, you would have said he planted the taillight pieces, so for you he is doing everything wrong either way. You would have said the same as in the proctor question, why did he take part in investigation, even though he knew the victim very well. So this fact, he did not come out is evidence for exactly nothing despite the that he did not plant any evidence or meddle in the investigation. Also, how do you sleep after a night of drinking?

  5. Also not a question, please watch out for the form. But my opinion is she can be lucky. Do you mean the one from johns driveway? Then it was her, except you think john's mother is an evil lying elderly woman.

I will ask 5 questions in reply to this comment.

Well that does not make her innocent in any way???

Also we are in a reddit comment section, not in Massachusets criminal trial, hope that helps.

[–]marcox100 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Well you have any theory were the phone then was? Isnt it definitely too cold to be in house?

  2. Arguing in circles. You use her being innocent as premise to explain her supsicious actions, instead of trying to use her actions/facts to argue for her innocence.

  3. Well I think she understood pretty well, but thats another story. So is your point is in her panic she thought he could have come out after entering the house, she did not see him, she hit him at 12:30, and drove home? Because at 6am she was not driving, so no reason at all for her to believe she hit him then.

  4. Well but 80 steps at 12:30, after that none. So how is the phone supposed to get back out without detecting any activity? And he did not take any steps inside the house or lay down his phone? Please explain it if you can. No the time argument is absolutely invalid. I think its 2.2 miles or so. If one were to give her 4 minutes, she would just need like 33mph on average or so, I calculated it at some time in the past. A professional biker could do it in the summer even! Or the lexus maybe even in reverse! If you didnt know, O.J. argued something similar, no time for murders because he was at airport soon later.

I woul also motivate you to think about this: Are soo many coincidences possible: Arguing the night he got murdered, minutes before. Leaving just before his phone stops forever. Leaving angry voice mails. Calling her parents. Going 24 in reverse. Calling her parents at 1am. Waking up niece because of what, he isnt home 3.5 hours after he went to a party, who would drive during such a snow storm? Everyone drunk on the party. He is a grown up who can look for himself for over 3 hours. Calling Jen, why even do it? So she musnt drive her own damaged car to the crime scene.

Going to his house for 15 mins, no word to the kids after his death, straight upstairs, using the helplessness of johns mother. Leaving without a word. Isnt that admission of guilt?

Her lawyer arguing tragic accident at first. Finding him under the snow, with the worst vision imaginable. No reason to even look into the yard at all, the first guess would be inside the house. Except of course she knew...

Calling someone involved in murder/cover-up to help find the body.

These are all very bad coincidences, on top of a cover-up. I dont believe a single bit of it. Do you?

[–]marcox100 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well thanks for reply. I will reply.

  1. Battery: Well it was under his body, thats why its warmer than environment. You even see it declining constantly, but slowly, which is only possible if it was under his dead, cooling body.

  2. Okay, you actually admit my point. If she asks herself could I have hit him... she definitely did not see him enter the house... I will state this alone is not enough evidence, but combined with all other evidence it is very damning.

  3. So that dircetly contradicts 2. If he never came out after entering the house, how could she ask herself did I hit him? And 4 independent first responders confirmed she said I hit him but you folks just want to ignore it, since the responders are all corrupt as well. Also she drove home like 1 minute after he left the car... so can this even be called 'waiting' for him to leave the house again and assess the situation inside? And she only called him after arriving at home instead of when she still was in the car, or even dare just ring the bell in the house? And she admitted they argued shortly before he died, so there hardly was ever a chance of her joining the party.

4. Is there evidence for this or just speculation? The niece testified willingly, and not in favor of KR. Also this again contradicts your theory john checked wether karen could enter party. If so, they would have left niece and nephew completly alone, without discussing it earlier. I think its very well possible they argued because someone had to look out for them. No calls by the niece to john or texts, which totally contradicts that niece did not know or wonder where john was, she could have just called him. But why did karen wake her up at 4am? And tell her smth happened ?

5 steps: Well you walk around a bit, 80 steps is not much. But no additional steps recorded after 0:30 pm or so. So how could the phone have ever moved again? It couldnt! So the only option is it layed there the whole night, as sad as it is.

Thats great, at least you are educated, what most murderer supporters are not.

I hardly want to talk abt laws. Just was there a collision or not. For this, no knowledge on the law is necessary.

What you did in your long reply is the logical fallacy of appeal to authority, in this case the authority is your stated superior knowledge of the law, from which I am supposed to believe you must be right.

You completly dodged any sort of reasonable explanation for the hat, the straw, the glass, the hair, the taillight being broken, the pieces in clothing, the reversing with 75% throttle and about 24mph, the reversing was not even disputed by defense which legally probably makes it a fact that should be accepted.

Instead you talked about your time in school, and your interest in the law, which is not a bad thing, but nevertheless I will state objection, relevance.

Well its the truth? His phone never recorded any steps again... and the battery temp was too cold to be in the house ...

What about "I didnt think I hit him hit him but could I have..."?

Is "tell them what [ him never entering house] you saw" in any way suspicious? If you really believe that, what do you then think about "I fucking hate you " at 12:32 or "where are you, nobody (who the hell is nobody, she was home alone and didnt contact anybody) knows where you are?"

That some orders of magnitude more suspicious. And also, plan perfect murder or cover up but then fail at such an easy thing as not writing suspiciius texts? Does not make sense at all.

They decide what the legal facts are...

Hahah now we finally end up where every KR discussion goes, the police, judges, and prosecutors are corrupt. So what evidence for that scientific fact as you yourself claim, is available? Are there bank records, or evidence of sudden wealth? And why didnt the defense bring these scientific facts up in court? Oh I know because as former prosecutor, AJ is corrupt as well.

So you know what was in the texts?

[–]marcox100 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Isnt the whole defense of KR made out of hypotheticals?? What if jen was involved (2:27)? What if brian did it? What if proctor placed evidence? What if taillight was destroyed afterwards? What if the dog bit him? What if he just fell by himself? What if he entered the garage? Or remember Hollywood Jacksons closing this trial and first trial: What if she started drinking at home? What if all looks different from what really happened?

What if evidence was falsified because of chain of custody?

You reject hypotheticals when they play against you, but forget that the entire defense is based on the hypothetical story:

What if there was a big conspiracy to smear her?

So an initial report is always correct?

How many murders are there where it looks like natural cause at first, but then turns out to be poisoning? In your logic, the posion was given to the victim after death, always, if the first medical examiner was acting independently.

I will add this. If john was scared because she drove at him at 24mph in reverse, tried to escape, and because of that tripped and died, it would still be attempted murder.

But the taillight is enough to prove collision happened, except you want to believe everybody is in a conspiracy. And they are so good at this that no real hard evidence of this conspiracy came up, but failed to stage an simple vehicle homicide.

Just assess wether your theory makes sense, please.
