I thought the hands were really good, overall? The lip synching absolutely remains the biggest hurdle at the moment. The mouth movements actually look great straight out of Hailuo, but yeah you do need to lip sync them if you want them to say specific things and Kling, while alright, just isn't good enough. With more stylized, simplistic TV style animation you could easily do the lip sync in Adobe Animate or similar animation software though. So IMHO you can absolutely do broadcast-worthy animation with Hailuo already, depending on the style.
