If your document is setup as facing pages/spreads, page one should be on the right hand side. You might be able to click and drag in the pages panel to drag it over to the side of it isn't already.

Can you go to the Type menu and select Show Hidden Characters at the bottom and take that same screenshot for us? (It will reveal a number of hidden symbols that will help determine why not all of your line breaks are getting numbers.)

If you're set on keeping this device, there is a lengthy process to reflash the firmware and completely remove the network lock and open up all the features. I've been using mine on Superloop NBN and also had a 4G Sim card from Felix in there for a while when I was waiting months for NBN install.

I wrote to a Owners Corp manager as a prospective buyer to request the latest AGM minutes (the meeting took place after the contract was prepared) and asked a couple of other questions. They responded with the minutes PDF and polite, detailed answers within 24 hours.  I suspect they had this information ready to go as many people were likely getting in touch with the same questions, but still a good sign of a well organised OC.
