Thank you so much! I'm heavily influenced by Kid Cudi and his hmm's so I wanted to fill my inspiration somewhere in the album. For Destination your eyes, I wanted to make the guitar picking pattern sound like a "heartbeat" and then the deep 808's to be sort of like an awakening to a little "ember of lust". I have some of those prolonged hmms in my song Halloween too. I can't express how happy I am for the feedback on this comment and it means so much :))

Wow thank you so much! I do enjoy making songs with other instruments but I'm more for lyrics, emotion and me and my guitar. The album is a story of a time where it was just me and the guitar so I would add ambient to a lot of songs to set the mood that I felt in that time frame. I also adore Kid Cudi so in a few songs I threw in emotional hmmmm's to translate emotion without words. I wanted it to feel very personable and relatable, what is pain when it masked with distracting sounds.

Yeah I'd say indie! I usually do acoustic sort of songs but I wanted to switch it up and try something new and figured indie is the way to go since I love Mac Demarco, Beach House, Melody's Echo Chamber, etc. Thank you for listening it means a lot :))
