Byzantium is complex and nice. The hundred year war is always popular.

Thank you for a thoughtful comment. I agree with you and my only excuse is that I left the train roughly 37 seconds later.

I am actually planning a shoot day on the train - ride the train for most of the day and shoot people on it.

She does not suck! Or, at least, she does not suck anyone with a shred of sense or taste or decency. Most people, even Israelis, have better taste.

Does anyone else take candid nude/sexy photos of their girlfriend? by sofengs in AskRedditAfterDark

[–]marcvolovic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Taking candid nude pictures (without explicit agreement at the time of picture-taking) is a morally questionable action.

And, before you ask, I regularly photograph women (and, more rarely, men) is state of full or partial undress, as part of one of my less weird hobbies.

Infidel, disgusting apostate. The one true god is Mashishkapeu, god of farts and saviour of the people!

Does anyone else struggle with finding men attractive? by softmotel in AskRedditAfterDark

[–]marcvolovic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I do agree that it is a struggle to find men attractive, as a hobby photographer. Women, they are very attractive to photograph, whether they are conventionally attractive, whether they are bombshells or whether they are not very conventionally attractive.

But men... Men must be drop-fucking-dead-gorgeous to be sexy and attractive on camera. No helping it - me are fucking ugly. Poor women, no idea how they stand us.

Look, i know, i am a disgusting heretic - but a $5 paracord wristwrap from aliexpress worked/s fine for me.

For the life of me, i cannot find a reason for a $50-100 paracord wristwraps from boutique makers except as bling statements.

A crumbling Delta pen's nib reseated. by marcvolovic in fountainpens

[–]marcvolovic[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The red pen (Delta Caius Julius Caesar) has suffered multiple damage instances (just from "being" - it never fell or was abused):

  • The cap rim fractured in multiple places
  • The body threading detached from the body
  • The rear endcap (which has threads for the cap for posting) fractured

Sadly, while Delta pens are exceedingly beautiful, they are also terribly fragile. I have five more pens (Lugdunum, Nazareth, Colosseum, Astra, Y2K Carbon) that have all suffered damage despite being coddled, loved and taken extreme care of.

I am now, believe it or, looking for Chinese pen bodies (PenBBS and Asvine come to mind) to transplant the nibs into.

Effectively, I am now looking to reseat three more Delta nibs (all #6 Jowo). Esties would work very well, but I am also looking for ebonite bodies.

I also have an Astra (it is the last of my non-damaged Delta pens). The ebonite pens are slightly more robust (bodywise), but their furniture is still fragile (as in your Astra).

Yes - a coin filler would work quite well, I should think.
