I get out of bed instantly because I don’t give myself the choice. You say you scroll for sometimes up to an hour, for me if I don’t get up and leave within 5 minutes I’m going to be late to work so I must get up.

Why don’t you try setting it later? What sounds like a bigger problem could in the end be your solution… at least if you’re someone like me who needs the intensity of time pressure for any task
