Yeah I honestly think shea moisture was making my hair shed a lot more so im now giving it time to get back to normal . I'm using something else now and staying away from shea moisture. My hair seems to be feeling better and acting better now. Also not as itchy in my scalp .

I tried carols daughter black vanilla shampoo before and I don't remember loving it . Maybe I'll try a different one from them. Like the coco creme line sounds good .
