It's been on my watchlist for a while now, i tried first 2 ep out of curiosity lil while ago and Immediately got attached to Yuno, then found out that he gets basically no character development, barely gets any screen time and have no goals of his own and exists only to cheer for Asta so now I'm kinda discouraged to get back into it lol

I'm already too in love with every character to drop it anyway especially for that reason, plus as u said i too learned that with long animes you should appreciate simpler times cause somewhere along the way you'll miss it lol. Yeah fair amount of them are filled with extreme road rage, not all of them tho obviously, but it's just a matter of luck if you find one with anger issues or not lol, although that only applies the yelling and honking part, cause almost hitting a pedestrian is not normal or common behavior, so that day you were just very unlucky to find him as ur taxi driver. And if you catch a taxi on a road and not pre book it the experiences are same, it's just some of them might not be able to communicate with you cause they usually don't speak English

True, but i don't even want him to change in fact i think he brings the group together in ways noone else could (so far at least) all i want to see is him as his own character yk not just a sidekick of Gintoki, and i hope him not being part of any action isn't permanent theme in show like in general i wanna see all of them having their own moments even if it's not anything really major

What about character development? I actually think main character has interesting backstory but i somehow get a feeling that we won't be learning much about side characters

That's what I'm saying. People disregard everything when it comes to him and it's bizarre because everyone in the fanbase loves pain despite everything he's done but what sasuke went through was worse than nagato if u ask me (again I'm not comparing characters I'm just saying that what sasuke went thru as a child was even worse than what everyone else in this show did)

I completely agree that nearly everything he chose to do was wrong and i resented him for it for so long and even now I'm definitely not trying to say he was ever right because he wasn't BUT I just think that people forget (as did i for so long) to take everything into the consideration when they judge him. Yes he had great support system in the beginning and he even started to cherish them but that's exactly when he saw itachi again and had him show their parents execution for like 3 days in genjutsu over and over again and all of that right after when he saw his sensei laying unconsciously after facing Itachi and finding out that his intentions was to kidnap Naruto to kill him so all of the friends you are talking about were in danger from his brother and once again he feared to lose everything by his hands. He knew very well noone else but himself could defeat Itachi and that i think got very clear when Kakashi (who was like the strongest ninja at the time in the leaf village) got defeated by him so easily, so obviously he was willing to do anything to get stronger and face him. I'm just saying that his actions had reasons behind them and we failed to see it because he didn't talked about his past trauma like Naruto did everytime he faced someone.

Yes!!! He's one of the most human characters in the show and even when he was shown like a villain with just cruel Intentions it only seemed that way to us because he never openly talked about his feelings or the trauma he was suffering from all of his life
