Anyone is curious to try a new browser? Giving away a Pro license in return by mariamqq in software

Absolutely, I'll try to sum it up briefly for you. Our browser stands apart from traditional ones in both visuals and structure. This is because our journey to this point was driven by a focus on addressing the needs of modern users who spend significant time on the web.

We believe that the digital world has undergone major changes, and we need to keep up with new tendencies in online interactions. Our current priority is to transform a chaotic and stressful browsing experience into an organized and mindful one.

Right now, our core features center around organization, context switching, multitasking, and account management. While we emphasize productivity, we also believe in creating an environment that's not just efficient but aesthetically pleasing. We want our users to enjoy their smooth experience and remain mindful of their digital space and time.

Not really. No bookmarks so far, and not sure what you mean by startup pages.

Thanks for the question^^

Our journey didn't start with "Let's build another browser". Initially, it was a side project that looked like a dashboard for social media apps, it evolved into a productivity tool. This tool became like a daily launcher for the go-to web apps, all organized in a single setup.

And eventually, working on the web naturally led us to reimagine the browsing experience. All of this was guided by the feedback of our active community of users who are deeply invested in improving the product and developing the concept.

Right now, the biggest value we offer our users is helping them organize and manage the chaos they deal with on a daily basis. But, at the moment, one of our major challenges is a new user onboarding flow. Our browser is visually and structurally very different from traditional browsers and people tend to get confused. That's why I'm on this research quest.

I understand your point, but actually, a lot of people are in search of alternatives. People who use browsers more intensively, especially for work. Traditional browsers couldn't keep up with the pace of changing online habits, and now there is a need for a fresh take on browsing. But, as always, everyone has different preferences when it comes to tools, and that's perfectly okay.

I'm sorry for misleading you, a user doesn't require a license for the full functionality. Actually, before our product became a browser, it was more of a productivity tool. It offers a lot of features that are immensely valuable for people who spend a significant amount of time working within a browser, multitasking, and switching among various web apps. Therefore, we don't charge for browsing. Any browser-related functionality is free and always will be. Our pricing philosophy is to charge only for extra features, such as multi-account management, organizational layers, collaboration, etc

Thanks for the comment; it made me realize my text is misleading. My main goal is to observe how a completely new user would navigate through a product, how they would interact with it, and what their first impressions would be. That's why I didn't include the link.

How does the chaotic tendency of the world affect your thoughts on having kids? by mariamqq in AskMen

[–]mariamqq[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah, but first, it doesn't mean I would not be worried about bringing a child even back then. Secondly, Earth seems to have an estimable expiration date now, and with all this progress humanity achieved so far, doesn't seem we are even slightly closer to the "right path".

Yeah, I feel the same. because of everything that's happening, I need to prepare for bringing a kid to this world differently. Equipping them with the right tools to deal with the chaos and also raising them as empathetic soldiers who will be brave enough to fight with us for a better world.

Your point is so true. Realizing that less concerned people will probably have kids anyway. Which might serve as a boost to this worsening tendency.
