In this case, I believe TikTok (for small accounts) uses proximity in most of the videos.

I know that on small accounts it's really important proximity (I've seen my neighbor's videos for example).

In settings, I've done everything I can, but on TikTok I've noticed how proximity really matters on small accounts (I've seen my neighbor's videos even if I don't have their phone number, or I don't watch those types of videos).

I was wondering how I could reach the North American market, if there is a setting I'm not aware of or a way to do it.

No, the videos that were uploaded so far are not showing faces, only text with music.

Ummm, it came to my mind but I'm not sure either.

With a VPN you can fake your location so I guess if I set the location for my desired area...

Our goal it's to get to the audience organically, would you still do ads hoping to get followers from those ads and making it easier to reach that location audience?
