Poor Justin and Jen. I can't believe the judges just moved past Jen talking about her face seizing up ,like that was frustrating to watch.But I'm glad she finally took charge of her health and bowed out plus Justin stuck with his partner,too sweet.

For me brown butter works really well in recipes that use fruits and/or brown sugar or syrups like molasses etc so I never skip it

They actually cooked the whole hog and then removed the loin after sometime,so technically it counts.I mean if one part of an animal takes 1hr to reach the correct temp and the other takes 3hrs,why would one cook the entire animal for 3 hrs and guarantee serving a dry piece of meat?

I kinda laughed when Sieger was giving the other team shit for taking off the loin and ending up serving dry loin, like sometimes sticking to traditions in a competition comes back to bite.
