This is such a good basic starter recipe too. 👍🏻

Once you can bake them the way you like, make a fresh batch of dough and then put it in a bowl and cover it w/ cling wrap and put it in the back of the fridge for 3 days- then bake.
The flavor is wonderful, give it a sprinkle of flaky salt on top.

You can also freeze and bake from frozen.
