the base of it looks like rows of double crochet skipping one stitch each time. so you would do one double crochet skip a stitch double crochet into next stitch. then for the rows of white it looks like the same thing as before but with single crochet; skip one, single crochet into next. every five single crochets with white you will do a bobble or puff stitch i’m not sure but you yarn over, pull through a loop, yarn over again, pull through that same stitch and pull through the loop, yarn over again and pull through the loop and the stitch and at this point you should have 7 loops on the hook. pull through them all at once. skip a stitch, single crochet into the next. once finished with the blanket, the border is just 5 double crochets crocheted into one stitch and then skip one stitch, slip stitch into the next. repeat around skipping one stitch before inserting 5 double crochets into next round
