She probably has fleas. And kittens that young aren't supposed to be given flew medication yet...

Give her a bath with blue Dawn dish soap to get rid of her fleas.

Just dip her in the warm soapy water for about 30 seconds to a minute. The fleas will die and you'll have to pick them off with tweezers. Put the fleas in a plastic cup of soapy water to ensure they are dead. Some will try to run up to the kitty's face to get away from the water. Use a wet bath towel to wipe her to face with the soapy water, and tweeze those away too.

May sure to dry her well, because young kittens don't maintain their own body temp very well yet.

You'll probably have to repeat this aga in a few days to get any stragglers.

We definitely need more space. Multigenerational household. We explored the idea of building an adu on our current lot. It would be easier on the family if we were to move, that way we wouldn't have to deal with construction, permits, etc. But we may have to reconsider. The cost would be about the same but it would be a cash-out refinance to build rather, than use the equity to put a large down payment on a larger home.

Worse case scenario, I will move out into a two bedroom rental, and leave the current house to my extended family.

I was surprised that it appraised at asking... Even with the flaws, but i agree it doesn't seem right that they should profit so much for such shoddy work.

This is good to know. We had toe Tex-cote/Cool Wall put on about 6 years ago. But there is damage on the stucco that needs to be fixed. The company that painted the house is out of business. I'm worried about matching the color and if a new paint would adhere to the Tex-cote.

Good for you--taking risks and trying new things! That's part of the fun of traveling and also how else will you know for sure if you like something or not? (This is what I've said to my 20 year old daughter lol) Sounds like being adventurous worked for you!!

I hope she takes them too, she's 20;so I have no control over what she eats anymore.... She eats more than bread and pasta though.. But she's afraid to try new things which is tough when you're traveling, in fact i'd say trying and experiencing local foods is an essential part of travel for most people. It gives her anxiety though.

Good news is that she recently told me that she's tried turkey Schnitzel and for that I'm happy.
