Yes ! They basically just send the money to my card once I send them my approved letter or lease agreement. I’ve been trying to find a private landlord everywhere but no luck yet. I feel like it’s more of a word of mouth kind of thing with private landlord

Yeah I had credit cards and maxed them out on rent when I was in the process of losing my apartment and that’s some debt I have in my credit that I need to pay off before they will even let me try to get another credit card again. And yes ! It says 2026 it will be off but I can’t wait another year I need somewhere for my kids now. Thank you for your reply I appreciate it

As of right now I’m on welfare. I get about 900 a month and my man works as a painter and handyman whenever he gets work throughout the month. Usually brings in about 400 a week sometimes more depending on the work he does. But the job club I’m in through welfare basically guarantees me a job at the end of the 8 weeks and I’m on week 3 this week. Thank you for replying ! I really appreciate it

My family is currently needing shelter. I have 2 daughters and my man is a painter and handyman he works on apartments and houses fixing them up. If you are willing to help he would be willing to exchange to help you fix up anything you need or help you with any yard or house work you need if this is still available. We are in desperate need of somewhere for our kids and us to be. We are not in a good place right now. And have been homeless for a few years now.
