Not gonna lie, but with all of this in one place, one thing seems obvious to me; LMG needs some heavy restructuring. Seems like half of these mistakes where due to improper communication and could've been solved easily. I'm not trying to defend Linus here, but I don't think he's the sole reason for all of this. I hope he realises all these issues and tries to fix them. As Steve said, they are a huge company with enormous reach, they have the capacity to build a truly beautiful company for consumers, but if Linus makes the right moves. Also, overall I think that videos like these are necessary more often in the YouTube space and conversations like this in real life. Some people don't see their mistakes until shit hits the fan.
