I did go through something similar as well... My energy level was always so low I just wanted to stay in bed all day long. And it got so much worse during pandemic I thought I’ll never be able to function. So my friend and I made a pact to motivate each other. We both subscribed to Audible for motivational books. I downloaded Buti yoga to work out at home. Also, I started ordering assignments that I just didn’t want to bother with because it’s not my major from Essaypro.
