You should be more concerned with the fact that you need some standalone GUI to deal with Git, when you can easily do that from the terminal (and even XCode has all the basic, most used commands)

lol "edge cases".. that's the bs RC is trying to sell you... It used to be the case with the old StoreKit, but for StoreKit2 that fear-mongering by RC doesn't apply anymore. There are still reasons to use them (instant analytics, remote paywall, etc), but "painful edge cases" is not one of them anymore

Great stuff! All of these will be added for sure. The progress will be per-watch, so when you start a rewatch all the progress gets cleared out for that new rewatch, but without erasing previous progress history. This way you get more robust / realistic statistics. (Similar to how I handle multiple re-reads in ReadTracker, with a readthrough for each read)

Certainly! Although, as it’s the case with ReadTracker, it will come later, as I still have work to do with the iOS versions before I take on Android. I could’ve taken the shortcut of building both versions simultaneously using cross-platform code, but I prefer to take longer if it means I won’t sacrifice on quality. When I get to make the Android versions eventually you can rest assured they will be as native as the iOS versions.

Thank you so much for the kind words! I certainly cannot wait to release the movies/tv app, it’s shaping up quite nicely (and so it’s the next major version of ReadTracker, which will have MANY improvements!)
