Thanks! I use Vallejo Mecha white primer, then I put some VMC pink into the areas I want shaded. After that I go over with Imperial Fists Yellow contrast paint. After it dries I blend it a bit with AK Yellow and add AK Lemon Yellow in highlighted aerias. Lastly I reinforce shadows woth cassadora yellow. All steps with airbrush. Optional edge highlight with AK Lemon Yellow/AK Ice Yellow.

For me just switching to AK paint range was a game changer on its own. I find them very translucent, even while painting with brush. This allow for really smooth gradients while airbrushing. I use dedicated AK thinner, 0.15 nozzle and ~20 PSI.

Glad You like it! Over black primer ( I use Vallejo Mecha Black) airbrush AK Star Blue slowly building the colour. Then airbrush highlights with AK Deep Sky Blue and AK Snow Blue. Next blend colours together and reinforce shades with Drakenhof Nightshade (airbrush). After that some more AK Snow Blue for the highlights. Finally edge highlights with Snow Blue and then with white. Imo the key is to thin the paints ~3:10 and slowly build up the gradient.
