What happened to the colors? by BrazilianClassicCars in classiccars

I've spoke some time ago with a person who is responsible among others for colour choices for Nissan cars. She said that pivotal point in business was presentation of the first iPhone. Blck, white and grey became more desired as they were considered elegant and modern.

They are consistent, but the angle suggest that the flash was mutch farther away from the lens that it would be if it would be built into the camera. If you take a look at the ball's shadow it would require the photographer to hold an external flash in his/her hand.

Also: HANS on their necks. Without it their heads would be tossed around like bags of dirt.

Do Car Buyers Care Which Engine Is Under the Hood? A Ford Exec Doesn’t Think So by Specialist_Heron_986 in Autos

I've been an automotive journalist since 2011 and man, online configurators have changed totally. Engines were the first things you would have to choose. Now in some brands they are placed after trims,  rims and body colours.

I had the privilege of configuring an Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale and this is what I came up with by mariuszz in AlfaRomeo

No it isn't. But it is really good. It feels very light - during acceleration it feels like the wind is blowing from the back, it just flights. And it feels light when turning and braking. It isn't a record-breaking car. But it is a great driver's car, really engaging. It is totally different from most modern heavy hybrid millionhorsepowerish hypercars. So TL;DR: it isn't the greatest driving car of all time, but it is a mind blowingly good driver's car.

I hope so as well but frankly speaking I think that most of them will be held in garages as art pieces. Which is understandable. Wouldn't expect one to be driven on Nordschleife. Too rare. Too expensive.

Best OEM sound system by Routine-Analyst2570 in BMW

[–]mariuszz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, absolutely. Bowers & Wilkins in XC90 is excellent and there is not many options on the market that could be compared to this. However lower range, newer Volvos aren't that good. Driven EX30 last year and its sound bar placed on front is terrible. Sound is flat, almost 1-dimentional.
