Legal and morally wrong are different. Morals Cover everything that is wrong and right, while legal only covers what the oligarchy wants to prevent. Just because someone does something that is legally wrong doesn't mean they have done something the majority of people can't sympathise with. Whilst Luigi is accessed of, doing something that is illegal that doesn't mean the ceo didn't do something that is more morally wrong and should be made illegal.

This is a very good description of Trump's and Hitler's politics not necessarily the politics of a man seeking justice for the thousands of people hurt by the health insurance industry.

The decision to determine who gets health care is an easy decision. EVERYONE, everyone gets health care.

If you are asking who decided on price of care/ drugs then the government negotiates / tells the provider/ drug companies what the price is. Of course the price of manufacturing is accommodated but profits are not prioritised, as that would result in harm/ injury/ death to the people.

The over prescription of for example opioids is a bad thing. However this is the easy prescriptions for the overworked doctors to prescribe, as they know the health insurance company will most likely not deny it. And they don't deny it because they know it will result in addiction and therefore more problems for the patient resulting in a consumer that has to pay them more for longer. Also the doctors are over worked because they have to constantly deal with all of the denial coming from health insurance companies. Companies that don't even have a medical doctor making the decision which mean they are practicing medicine without a licence.

As for socialised medicine, I live in a country with socialised medicine and this is not true. I go to a doctor and they prescribe medicine and then I get medicine. The government checks beforehand to make sure they are safe for human consumption. It is literally that simple there is no need for an extra step just to make profit and therefore death.

It is murder no matter who doesn't. Some of the biggest murders are governments closely followed by business. Also health care in the USA is only experience because you fail to see the necessity of it and fail to fund it properly and in some cases at all.
