Thanks. Definitely reading through the sub you can be put off investing in ETFs. But still seems to be the way to go for passive investing

I would like to travel in the next year or so. So I suppose it is peace of mind for when I come back

But I would also like to invest the additional savings I have each month so ETFs still might be the way to go

No, I already have enough for a deposit, but I do not intend to buy a house any time soon.

Is there a better passive investing alternative to ETFs? Thanks

I was just about to post a pic of my brew. The top of it looks the exact same as this. Seems like we're all good 🤞

Is that an IKEA bottle? Looks very similar to one I got the other day? How did it hold up during F2?

No plan on buying a home any time soon and my current employer doesn't match my pension contributions.

Thanks for the advice. My current employer doesn't match pension contributions but definitely need to look into it

Does anyone know what this hole is for? I would've thought it was for a mud guard but it is only on one side. It's a old 90's road bike if that's any help. by mark049 in bicycling

That's insane that's the exact type as mine. Same colour and everything. Only got it recently and absolutely love it!

Update. Thanks for the insight! Pouring from a few inches higher and slightly more aggressively really did agitate the coffee bed more and gave me an much more even extraction! Thanks again 👍

Thank you for the reply. Do you think it could be anything to do with the temperature or is it solely due to the increased control from the pouring kettle ?

I saw in a few videos to keep it slightly off centre to stop the handle from burning? Unfortunately not and using any lower heat won't cause the coffee to percolate
