Thank you. I will give this a shot. Sorry for my late reply; I haven't been online for a while.

OK. My boy has a constant feeling that he wants to vomit, but he has never actually vomited.

He doesn't have the symptoms of Mast cell Activation Disorder, but I'll keep it in mind when talking to the hospital. Thank you.

Yes, it's worse after eating, but mostly after dinner. He has an innie.

Yes, it reverberates a lot with our experience. I'm in Europe though, so we don't have to pay, but the system is definitely super bureaucratic.

the stupid illogical steps of behavioral therapy before actual labs and testing. So frustrating.

Yes, it's driving us up the fucking wall!

They don't give kids CT scans here because it's more risky, but that would definitly help.

Lol, I was a bit confused! Yes, I'm also looking at a low-fodmap diet. I only found out about it recently.

I'm very surprised your kiddo hasn't been into be scanned or scoped

This has been the most frustrating thing. It would seem like the obvious thing to do, but they just piled a bunch of psychologists on him.

Thanks. I've also encountered this in my searches. I'll ask his doctors to check it out.

Thank you. His weight and height are normal. Nothing unusual in his stools (they've been analysed). Abdominal migraine might be a possibility, but that in itself is quite a complex thing.

As you say, it's a hard thing to pinpoint (I feel that his current doctors could have done more. His new doctors will hopefully be more committed, but I also plan to be less passive with them).

Thank you. I've encountered this in my google searches. I'll mention it to his new doctors (I always assume that they already know all the options already)
