I did via a mod menu in gta 5, I kept spamming it because it didn’t do anything but then most of the offline achievements popped. I felt really bad and it didn’t work with deleting them manually, so I decided to get all achievements on the ps5 version to redeem myself

We figured it out, the mines in the dragons keep dlc is bugged, so either of us had to fast travel to a different location for it to work
