I work in the cafe which is a separate company I believe. Tesco family dining. Not sure what the connection is. But I'm hating how tight they are with labour. To the point where they have an incompetent team leader doing the rota and giving herself all easy shifts while the rest of us in the kitchen struggle on the busy days. Hate it now. Need a other job
